Daily Calm is an organic caffeine-free tea that soothes frazzled nerves and helps you chill the heck out when you're having "one of those days". We blended this lovely herbal tea with herbs that calm both your mind and your body. You can enjoy it both hot, with a touch of honey, or iced, with slices of fresh lemon or berries.

Ingredients:

100% certified organic Linden, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Passionflower, Spearmint, Red Rose petals. 

Steep one tablespoon Daily Calm in 12 oz. hot water for 15 to 30 minutes. Strain and enjoy. It makes a yummy iced tea, especially when you add slices of fresh clementines, strawberries, and lemons.
